It seems I naturally wake up at 5am when my alarm is not set. When I set it for 6 am, I struggle and snooze until 7am. Can I do the hard thing and leave it off? Can I trust myself to wake up on time?
I remember older people telling me as a kid you just need to pre negotiate with yourself before sleep to agree on what time you want to wake up at, and let your body clock keep the time.
I never really tried it.. if you experiment with it I want to know how it goes. ππ€ππ π
